Vaso Perimenis is a seasoned former CHRO and consultant with more than 25 years of experience working in Human Resources working for companies with 1.5 to 5 billion in revenue. Her mantra is "the what is equally as important as the how to leave workplaces better than found."

She is the Head of HR Strategy and Solutions for Ekstein Consulting providing interim CHRO leadership, consulting services with a focus on assessment of talent and HR capabilities. She is known for her ability to assess current state and recommend appropriate solutions including a success roadmap. Vaso is also known for her ability to connect with people and establish a healthy dialogue with constituents which helps her diagnose problems and recommend solutions. Vaso is an expert in high-impact HR operating models and talent strategies that attract and retain high-performing talent.
Vaso is an industry leader and innovator. She advises executive teams on a broad range of organizational, cultural and leadership challenges including talent management, change management, leadership development and HR capability maturation.
Vaso has authored many articles and “HR and the New Hispanic Workforce”, a book co-published by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). She is also an Advisory Board member and content provider for HR Exchange Network. She earned her bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Miami, and her MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
Jason Ekstein
Jason is the Chief Consulting Officer for Ekstein Consulting. He has been consulting professionally since 1997, focused entirely on HR Technology. He acts as a strategic partner, and achieves results through strong leadership and implementation skills, technical and troubleshooting expertise, project management and process improvement, and relationship-building. Jason assists organizations in achieving talent management objectives using technology and process innovation.
He is a seasoned expert who has completed many full life cycle implementations and has worked with over 40 clients, providing solutions including business needs analysis, system design, system testing, training, post implementation support, and interim staff augmentation. Jason has worked with clients in the following industries: Healthcare, Retail, Not-for-Profit, Government, Professional services, Utilities, Pharmaceuticals, Entertainment/Leisure, Manufacturing, and Education. Jason's success lies in his ability to connect and communicate with clients, and translate their needs into palpable results. He is tenacious and relentless in finding the optimal solution for his clients.
He holds an undergraduate degree from Boston University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University at Albany.
